Once the order is confirmed and the payment transaction is done, we will send the confirmation mail on your mobile number along with tracking number. With the help of tracking number our customers can tract their product location.

Because of some of the circumstances beyond our control such as due to strikes, courier's operational failure,  incorrect address and under unfavorable conditions like awful weather, we may take 1 to 2 more days in delivery. But in all such conditions, we will inform our customer in advance and provide them the estimated date of delivery.


Our Shipping service:

  • Normal shipping-- From U.K to U.K and U.K to EUROPE. This shipping will take 7 to 12 business days and cost flat $20.

 

RE-SHIPPING POLICY:

1. In case of mismatch, if you are delivered with wrong product which looks different from the description on our site. Contact our customer care and we will reship your order.

2. In case of damaged or tampered. Contact us within 7 days of deliver and you have to send us the evidence of damage product either by photographs or by making video of unwrapping process and mail us. We will take all necessary steps and re-ship your order with 2 -3 business days.

In case you were not at the given address at the time of delivery, please check your mailing box. Courier Company may leave your parcel there or they will make a second attempt at a later date.

Please make sure that you pay attention to address box and phone number column during the checkout stage as this will be the label address for your shipping.  We are not accountable for any wrong address which our customer has given to us.
